A more comprehensive 2–4 week engagement for executives or business owners who need deeper support creating structure, improving workflows, and strengthening how their executive support function operates.

Support for your Executive Assistant can also be incorporated into an engagement when helpful, including dedicated mentorship and practical guidance to strengthen the Executive/EA partnership.
