I’m Yvonne Torres, founder of Portfolio Executive Solutions. I bring more than 20 years of experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams across fast-paced, complex organizations. My work has given me a front-row view into what helps leaders operate effectively—and what can slow them down.
I created Portfolio Executive Solutions to bring that experience to organizations that need seasoned executive operations expertise, strategic project leadership, and practical solutions without necessarily adding another full-time role.
